RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns or exchange.

We only accept returns/exchange if items are returned to the courier on the spot.

The return shipping costs to our warehouse [Egypt] are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to the courier and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our website.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
